Проектирование подготовки учителя к вариативным формам образования детей с трудностями в обучении

Abstract

В статье раскрываются теоретико-методологические основы проектирования подготовки учителя к работе с детьми, имеющими трудности в обучении. Выделяется несколько групп трудностей, обусловленных различными особенностями морфологического, функционального созревания, физиологическими и нервнопсихическими характеристиками детей. На основе анализа опыта подготовки учителя с данной категорией детей обосновывается необходимость формирования научно-теоретической и практической готовности будущего учителя к профессиональной деятельности. Специфика коррекционно-развивающей деятельности учителя раскрывается через проявление диагностической, коррекционной, психотерапевтической и социальной функции педагога.
