Abstract

Представлен завершающий этап создания инновационной технологии оценки персонала — психодинамически ориентированного личностного опросника (ПОЛО) ≪Ресурс≫, — в ходе которого показатели теста интегрируются в индекс профессионально-психологической надежности, позволяющий осуществлять градацию обследуемых на четыре квалификационные категории

The final step in creating innovative personnel assessment — psychodynamically oriented personality questionnaire (POPQ) “Resources” — in which the indicators are integrated in the index test of vocational and psychological security that allows to make the gradation that consists four categories of qualification.
