Questions of the loaded condition of splined plug of cardan drive are considered here, the expediency of restoration of a detail is proved by a method of plastic deformation. According to the accepted scheme of form shaping knurling installation is offered and calculation formulas for the definition of its strength property indicators are given.
Рассмотрены вопросы нагруженного состояния шлицевой втулки карданной передачи, обоснована целесообразность восстановления детали методом пластической деформации. В соответствии с принятой схемой формообразования предложена накатная установка и даны расчетные формулы для определения ее прочностных показателей.
