Об экономико-математическом моделировании ногофункциональных комплексов недвижимости

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются существующие проблемы технико-экономического обоснования проектов по строительству многофункциональных комплексов, определены их достоинства и недостатки по сравнению с монофункциональными комплексами. Обоснована целесообразность применения методов экономико-математического моделирования при разработке концепции МФК.

The article deals with current problems of the feasibility study of projects for the construction of multifunctional complexes, identified the advantages and disadvantages in comparison with the monofunctional complexes. The expediency of application of economic-mathematical modeling in the design concept of the IFC.
