Abstract

This article is dedicated to the problem of determination of the essence of usufructus. Modern aspect of this problem is analysed from new position of Conception of development civil legislation. main signs and characteristics of this right are сonsidered and determined some direction of improvemet legal regulation about usufructus.

Данная статья посвящена проблеме определения сущности узуфрукта. В работе анализируется современный аспект данной проблемы с точки зрения Концепции развития гражданского законодательства. Рассматриваются основные признаки данного права и определены отдельные направления совершенствования законодательства об узуфрукте.
