Статья посвящена анализу профессиональной структуры рынка труда Приморского края. На примере отдельного региона даётся общая характеристика проблем понимания реальной потребности в кадрах в российской экономике в целом, места молодых специалистов в структуре спроса и предложения на рынке труда, раскрываются перспективы дальнейшей трансформации кадровой структуры системы трудовых отношений в России
