Структура научной организации деятельности следователя

Abstract

The theoretical problems of scientific organization of the investigator's activity as an element of the theory of forensic investigation organization are considered, the views of the scientists are analyzed concerning the structuring of scientific organization of the activities of the investigator, author's vision of the structure of the scientific organization of the investigator is presented.

В статье рассмотрены теоретические проблемы научной организации деятельности следователя как элемента криминалистического учения об организации расследования преступлений, проанализированы точки зрения ученых о структуризации научной организации деятельности следователя, предложено авторское видение структуры научной организации деятельности следователя.
