Abstract

Enterprises, builders, designers, workers of agrarian complex and also inhabitants of the given district plan its activity according to decades of a year with the use of quantitative evaluations of extreme thermal conditions. In the article the technique of deriving and outcomes of the statistical forecasts of decade minimum and maximum air temperatures is discussed. As the climate does not vary, these evaluations could be used in the nearest centuries.
