Совершенствование системы обслуживания устройств электроснабжения на основе мониторинга и диагностики

Abstract

В соответствии с концепцией развития устройств электроснабжения ОАО РЖД выявлены закономерности отказов электрооборудования и определены условия повышения надежности тягового электроснабжения. На основе комплексного подхода к решению задачи диагностирования определена приоритетность включения в систему мониторинга оборудования для перехода к обслуживанию по фактическому состоянию. Реализация предлагаемой системы направлена на повышение надежности и снижение эксплуатационных расходов на содержание устройств электроснабжения.

The author describes the regularities of electric equipment failures which have been revealed in compliance with the concept of developing power supply devices of OAO RZD and defi nes the conditions of improving reliability of traction power supply. On the basis of the complex approach to the problem of diagnosing, the author has defi ned the priority of including some equipment into monitoring system for transition to service in an actual state.
