Роль федеральных целевых программ в совершенствовании системы государственного управления

Abstract

The given article deals with the role of federal target programs in the perfection of the system of state and municipal management. The author identifies positive sides of FTP (federal target programs) and suggests a number of ways of perfecting state and municipal management on the basis of the development of program-target methods of management.

В статье рассматривается роль федеральных целевых программ в совершенствовании государственного и муниципального управления, выделены позитивные стороны ФЦП и обозначен ряд предложений по совершенствованию государственного и муниципального управления на базе развития программно – целевых методов менеджмента.
