Abstract

Global systemic shifts demand consideration of the need to change ideological orientations, and hence the human ideal of technocratic society. New civilizational foundations, referred to as the noosphere, can become a reality only after the appearance of the noospheric personality. The path to the formation of such an individual has its origins in Russian philosophy.
