This article is about the question of presence of the «illegal» participant of the land relations – «the actual land user» derivative of concept «the actual land use» and locates need of introduction in the legislation of the Russian Federation of these concepts.
В статье рассматривается вопрос о наличии «нелегального» участника земельных отношений – «фактического землепользователя» (от понятия «фактическое землепользование»), и обосновывается необходимость введения в законодательство Российской Федерации данных понятий.
