Abstract

The article covers the results of the study of culture’s influence, including ethnic culture influence on mental development of intellectually-gifted teenagers. The ambivalent character of this influence is underlined and traced from socialisation and psychological regulation to neurotisation of a personality. The scientific definition of a cultural dyssinchrony in a mental development is provided.
