Abstract

The article is devoted to the problems of grounded management decisions in the conditions of uncertainty. The authors propose a method for assessing an impact of management decisions on the operations of economic entities, which will allow carrying out multiple calculations, focusing on the specific targets of organization, constraints and opportunities of the external environment conditions. Field of application of this technique is both operational management and planning of economic activities of organizations.
