Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу положений Концепции судебной реформы 1991 г. о независимости судебной власти. Рассматриваются различные подходы к определению понятия судебной власти. Изучается соотношение понятий «самостоятельность» и «независимость» судебной власти, дается определение суверенности судебной власти.
