Расовая и марксистская теории государства в социальной реальности начала XXI В.

Abstract

Среди множества теорий государства выделяются марксистская и расовая, которые постулируют необходимость и целесообразность применения насилия против определенных сегментов общества. Выдвигая расово-этнические или социально-классовые группы в качестве «мишеней» осуществления насильственных действий, представители этих теорий провозглашают, таким образом, эффективный способ построения «идеального» государства. Несмотря на то, что в начале XXI в. марксистская и расовая теории государства утратили прежний научный, идеологический и практический потенциал, не представляется возможным утверждать, что они стали лишь достоянием истории, а их ренессанс уже не состоится.
