In article problems of search of new more fair forms of relationship of the state with other blocks of social and economic system are discussed. Less productive attempts of simple copying of experience of the successful countries are rejected. Searches of new forms of the organization of feedback of the authorities with public organizations are still problem.

В статье обсуждаются проблемы поиска новых, более справедливых форм взаимоотношений государства с остальными блоками социально-экономической системы. Отклоняются как малопродуктивные попытки простого копирования опыта успешных стран. Проблемными остаются поиски новых форм организации обратной связи властей с общественными организациями.
