Abstract

We present the results of the research of sorption characteristics of modified hydrophobic aluminosilicate adsorbents in terms of their oil hydrocarbons sorption ability. It was shown that obtained adsorbents are effective in both static and dynamic conditions. The best results were obtained for expanded hydrophobic perlite, the floating oil ext raction rate reached 98.4 percent.
