Сахарный диабет: возможности фармакотерапии с использованием средств растительного происхождения

Abstract

В обзоре литературы приведены сведения о патогенезе и фармакотерапии сахарного диабета. Особое внимание уделяется рассмотрению данного заболевания как разновидности «свободнорадикалъной патологии». Отмечается, что многие современные противодиабетические препараты, особенно средства растительного происхождения, обладают выраженными антиоксидантными свойствами. Приведены сведения о спектре фармакологической активности и композициях биологически активных веществ, входящих в состав типичных растительных средств с противодиабетической и антиоксидантной видами активности.

The modern consideration about pathogenesis of diabetes mellitus, as well as data about molecular mechanisms of action of modern antidiabetic drugs are discussed in this review. The special attention is noticed to diabetes mellitus as kind of so-called «free radical pathology». The data about a spectrum of pharmacological activity and compositions of typical plant remedies with antidiabetic and antioxidant kinds of activity are resulted
