Abstract

В статье определяется место органов внутренних дел в гражданском судопроизводстве. Исследуется понятие и сущность органа внутренних дел, анализируется его специфический статус как участника гражданских процессуальных отношений.

The article deals with the place of agency of the Interior in civil court procedure. It examines definition and essence of agency of the interior, analyses its specific status as subject of civil procedure relations.
