Abstract

Обосновывается, что любое имущество, приобретенное или сохраненное без достаточных юридических оснований, должно быть возвращено потерпевшему. Раскрываются виды кондикционных обязательств.

Substantiates that any property acquired or retained without sufficient legal basis should be returned to the victim. Tipes condiction’s obligations are disclosed.
