Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы управления эффективностью работы высококвалифицированных специалистов. Предлагается внедрение системы управления талантами, в основе которой лежит управление компетенциями.

The article considers the problems of management of overall performance of highly qualified specialists. The introduction of a control system of talents, which is cornerstone management of competences.
