К вопросу о криминализации деяний, направленных на фальсификацию лекарственных средств, а также образующих их незаконный оборот

Abstract

This article is devoted to a problem of criminally-legal struggle against an extending process of falsification of medical products and their illegal circulation. So, the absence of the special norms in the Criminal code of Russia, which are carry out criminalization of these acts and establish punishment for them, interferes with corresponding counteraction, the author offers editions such norms, which he suggests to add the criminal code of Russian Federation.

Статья посвящена проблеме уголовно-правовой борьбы с расширяющимся процессом фальсификации лекарственных средств и их незаконным оборотом. Отмечая, что отсутствие в Уголовном кодексе России специальных норм, осуществляющих криминализацию названных деяний и устанавливающих за них наказание, препятствует соответствующему противодействию, автор представляет редакции такие нормы, которыми он предлагает дополнить УК РФ.
