Abstract

На основе ранее сформулированных автором методологических положений методики расследования преступлений экономической направленности проводится краткий анализ концепции криминалистического комплекса методических и тактических средств расследования преступлений в сфере экономики.On the basis of previously formulated by the author of methodological provisions of a technique of investigation of economic crimes of a brief analysis of the concept of forensic complex methodical and tactical means of investigation of crimes in the economic sphere.
