Правовое поведение как деятельностная интерпретации знаковой информации

Abstract

Based on the analysis of different approaches to understanding human behavior the author demonstrating another – semiotic, which proposes to consider the relationship as a kind of understanding of the interpretation meaning of legal signs. In this context, the creation of public law is the encoding of social information and legal behavior, accordingly, decoding.

На основании анализа различных подходов к пониманию поведения человека автор демонстрирует еще один – семиотический, который предлагает рассматривать правоотношения как своеобразную интерпретацию понимания смысла правовых знаков. В этом контексте создание права является кодированием общественной информации, а правовое поведение, соответственно, декодированием.
