
Nowadays in conflictology that is being taught for the future managers studying of questions of organizational-administrative regulation in the conflict should be strengthen. For this purpose the manager should study the experience of such regulation. The main difficulty of definition regulating measures is the research of a situation of both: socially-psychological and organizational-administrative features and a substantiation of recommendations.
В настоящее время в преподавании конфликтологии будущим менеджерам надо усилить изучение вопросов организационно-управленческого регулирования в конфликте. Для этого менеджер должен изучить известный опыт регулирования. Главная трудность определения институциональных мер это исследование ситуации, социально-психологических и организационно-управленческих особенностей и обоснование рекомендаций.
