Языковая политика компании и успех ведения бизнеса. Европейский опыт

Abstract

The article offers a review of the latest trends of implementation of language policies in European companies doing international business. The background of the problem is explored. Elaboration and application of language policies in companies acquire the status of an economic issue and it means gaining additional profits, entering new distribution markets and conducting successful business. The author highlights the systemic approach to teaching of foreign languages in Europe. The article contains a detailed analysis of the European Council research projects in the sphere under discussion. The author proves the assumption on economic efficiency of application of corporate language policies.

Статья представляет собой обзор тенденций проведения языковой политики европейскими компаниями, занимающимися международной экономической деятельностью. Рассматривается история вопроса. Разработке и применению языковой политики в компаниях придается статус экономического вопроса, что подразумевает получение дополнительной прибыли, выход на новые рынки сбыта и успех ведения бизнеса. Отмечается роль системного подхода в организации обучения иностранным языкам в Европе. Приводится подробный анализ исследовательских проектов Совета Европы в данной области. Доказывается постулат об экономической эффективности проведения корпоративной языковой политики.
