Abstract

Статья описывает процесс кодификации местных законов территорий присоединённых в XIX в. к России Остзейских (Прибалтийских) губерний. Раскрываются отличия кодификации местных законов от составления Свода общих законов Российской Империи, а также на сложности при составлении местного Свода. Указана работа всех основных комиссий, Второго отделения Его Императорского Величества канцелярии, составителей и переводчиков.The paper is devoted to the codification of local laws of the Baltic provinces that joined the Russian Empire in the 19th century. Differences in codification of local and general Russian laws are explored. The attention is focused on the difficulties of the local laws codification. The work of all major commissions, Second Section of the H.I.M. Own Chancery, draftsmen and translators is shown.
