О понятиях межгосударственного и международного видов розыска

Abstract

The paper is devoted to the study of definitions of the terms of interstate and international detection. The researcher analyses the concepts of these types of detection mentioned in legal acts of Ukraine and non-fiction literature.

Статья посвящена исследованию дефиниций понятий межгосударственного и международного розыска. Проанализированы понятия данных видов розыска, которые указаны в нормативно-правовых актах Украины и в научной литературе.
