Злоупотребление правом при осуществлении предпринимательской деятельности

Abstract

The article deals with questions opening essence and concept of abusing the right which can occur at realisation of business activity. In this work various criteria of classification of available forms of abusing the right are present. The article also analyzes the opinions of leading scientists on a considered problematic.

В статье рассмотрены вопросы, раскрывающие сущность и понятие злоупотребления правом, которое может происходить при осуществлении предпринимательской деятельности, приводятся различные критерии классификации имеющихся форм злоупотребления правом, анализируются мнения ведущих ученых по рассматриваемой проблематике.
