Abstract

The received results testify to rather high degree of amutagenicity the triazinovykh of herbicides of propazine, атразина and simazin. All three preparations induced structural violations of chromosomes with afrequency statistically significantly exceeding natural level of amutabilnost. The analysis of arange of an aberration of chromosomes when studying spontaneous mutational process in cages of backs of barley showed that there are mainly izolokusny gaps, microfragments and hromatidny changes at total absence of violations of chromosomal type. When processing seeds of barley by triazinovy herbicides all types of restructurings of chromosomes were induced.
