Abstract

Political and administrative sources investing into mass-media leads to an "unhealthy selfregulation" of the industry. The country is not as active in the financing of the media business structures. That affects not only the issue of privatization of the media, but also the development of convergence and diversification of media. Despite the specificity of the media business (the production of "goods" which have social impact), the modern media is still a market structure. The development of innovative media business is still among the most important issues of nowaday life.
