Abstract

The eyes of patients were investigated with CSCR and localization of point of filtration in a juxta-subfoveolar avascular area. All patients were treated by single application of subthreshold micropulse of infra-red (810 nm) influence. In a study 46 eyes were plugged 46 patients. Research results were estimated and compared to laser treatment and through 4-9 weeks after him. For all patients, closing of defect in the pigment epithelium of retina and adjoining of removing layer by layer of photoreceptors happened in follow ap. All patients also marked disappearance of spot and distortions before an eye. The middle sharpness of sight was increased from 0,4 to 0,95 without a correction. The substantial diminishing of thickness of retina was marked from data of optical coherent tomography in treated eyes (middle diminishing on 317 jLim) as compared to the initial state. The middle central sensitiveness of retina at a computer static perimetry (macular threshold test) was increased from 369 Db to 515 Db.
