Abstract

The paper is devoted to federal and regional programs for supporting the agricultural sector. Their effectiveness is estimated in a discussion of the case of Kaliningrad Region. The causes of the poor condition of the sector are revealed, and the main opportunities for its progress are identified.

Статья посвящена федеральным и региональным программам поддержки агропромышленного сектора. Их действенность рассматривается на примере Калининградской области. Выявлены причины неудовлетворительного состояния отрасли, определены основные направления развития АПК.
