Abstract

One of the main areas of monitoring is to assess the health of schoolchildren acute and chronic morbidity. As part of the All-Russian project to modernize the school feeding was necessary to create an automated information system for collecting information about the health of school children at the regional level, one of the main objectives is to estimate the incidence. As a mathematical tool to assess the morbidity was chosen as the relational data model. With the use of the model developed information system for monitoring, which is installed in 102 schools in the Tambov region. These data allow for evaluation of acute and chronic illness in view of the administrativeterritorial and age and sex, which proves the efficiency of the relational model of data for monitoring health.
