Учет индивидуальной предрасположенности спортсменов к характеру соревновательной деятельности

Abstract

The substantiation of preparation methods for the qualified winter all-rounders with taking into account the types and individual predisposition of athletes for character of competitive activity will positively affect dynamics of level of their readiness. That has allowed to raise sports-technical results of winter all-rounders.

Обоснование методики подготовки квалифицированных зимних многоборцев с учетом типологизации и индивидуальной предрасположенности спортсменов к характеру соревновательной деятельности положительно повлияет на динамику уровня их подготовленности. Это позволило повысить спортивно-технические результаты зимних многоборцев.
