Анализ влияния рыночной ситуации на выбор конкурентной стратегии морского транспортного узла

Abstract

В статье рассматривается влияние рыночной ситуации на конкурентоспособность фирмы. Приводятся характеристики рыночных ситуаций разных типов. Предлагается алгоритм формирования конкурентной стратегии фирмы с учетом определения типа рыночной ситуации. Рассмотрено влияние конкурентных сил на деятельность морского транспортного узла, сформированного на базе морского порта. Выявлены барьеры для вхождения в сферу деятельности морского транспортного узла. Определены основные направления развития стратегий борьбы с угрозой появления новых конкурентов.

In the article infl uence of market situation on company competitiveness is considered. Descriptions of market situations of different types are given. Algorithm for creating of company competitive strategy under infl uence of market situation is offered. Infl uence of competitive forces for marine transport junction based on sea port is considered. Protective barriers for marine transport junction activity are elicited. Basic protection strategies against new competitive companies are clarifi ed.
