Влияние нового таможенного законодательства на внешнеэкономические отношения в условиях вступления России во Всемирную торговую организацию

Abstract

This article discusses issues of foreign economic activity. The article is described role of customs legislation in the establishment of the Customs Union (CU). The showing of problems of Russia’s accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO). Are the advantages and disadvantages of customs legislation under conditions of Russia’s accession to the WTO.

В данной статье рассмотрены вопросы Внешнеэкономической деятельности (ВЭД). Описывается роль таможенного законодательства в условиях создания Таможенного Союза (ТС). Выявлены проблемы вступления России во Всемирную Торговую Организацию (ВТО). Отмечены достоинства и недостатки таможенного законодательства в условиях вступления России в ВТО.
