The data on frequency of endodontic perforations occurrence, as well as the classification of this complication, clinical symptomatology of various types of perforations and their prognosis have been presented in the article. The basic methods of treatment both in historical aspect, and also the modern techniques of the closure of perforation defects have been presented.

В статье приведены данные о частоте встречаемости эндодонтических перфораций, даны классификация этого осложнения, клиническая симптоматика различных видов перфораций и их прогноз. Представлены основные методы лечения как в историческом аспекте, так и современные методики закрытия перфорационных дефектов.
