Abstract

Перемены, произошедшие в американской промышленности в последней трети XIX века, были вызваны радикальными изменениями условий конкуренции и внедрением технологий массового производства. Составной частью этих перемен была увеличивающаяся популярность корпораций как наиболее оптимальной формы делового предприятия в условиях становления крупного бизнеса и вытеснение ими единовладельческих фирм и товариществ.
