
Исследовано влияние энергии W 2, а также термической обработки на структуру, твердость и химический состав границы соединения сваренного взрывом сталеалюминиевого композита. Установлено, что при отжиге композита при 500°C в образующемся после сварки взрывом оплаве со стороны стали в результате диффузии атомов железа возникает слой интерметаллида Fe 2Al 5, способствующий росту твердости оплава.The article presents the study on the effect of the energy of plastic deformation W 2 as well as heat treatment on the microstructure, hardness and chemical composition of the bond of explosion welded steel/aluminum composite. The research revealed the formation of Fe 2Al 5 intermetallic layer in the areas of molten zones formed after explosion welding adjacent to steel boundary during the heat treatment at 500°C which resulted in the growth of the microhardness value of the molten zones.
