Качество образования как критерий мотивации труда руководителей в сфере высшего образования

Abstract

В статье обсуждаются теоретические и методологические вопросы развития мотивации труда в сфере высшего образования. Рассмотрены основные проблемы мотивации труда руководителей системы высшего образования, проведен анализ системы управления качеством образования, обобщены тенденции социально-трудовой мотивации в высшем учебном заведении. По мнению авторов статьи, основной проблемой формирования мотивации руководящего состава в системе образования является проблема повышения качества самой системы, адаптация ее к современным условиям, а также взаимосвязь с индивидуальным комплексом знаний и умений руководителя и его коллектива.
