Эволюция производственного менеджмента и его особенности в сфере услуг

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются тенденции и проблемы развития производственного менеджмента. Обосновывается необходимость систематизации научных представлений о содержании производственного менеджмента как сферы научного знания и учебной дисциплины. Рассматриваются ключевые составляющие процесса формирования производственной системы предприятий. Уточняются особенности формирования производственной системы предприятий в сфере услуг.

The article examines trends and problems of industrial management. The authors discuss the need to systematize scientific ideas about the content of industrial management as a sphere of scientific knowledge and discipline. The article examines the key components of the process of formation of the production system of businesses. It pinpoints some peculiarities of the production system of businesses in the services industry.
