Abstract

The concept of sustainable development of rural areas involves implementation of number of activities, almost half of which presupposes full or partial participation of rural construction. Nowadays, however, rural building complex of Russia is practically destroyed. Since rural development is significantly different from urban by a number of characteristics, construction organizations, operating in cities, can find it difficult to work in rural conditions. Therefore, it is necessary to form territorial rural building complexes for sustainable development of rural territories. This is determined by objective external and internal conditions. The article proposes regional programs for the establishment of the territorial rural construction complex in the Vologda Oblast.
