Abstract

The article presents the results of research in the theory and practice of development, and the current status of monitoring in various academic and practical fields of activity. The ways to use monitoring for increasing efficiency to implement objects and targets in agriculture are determined. The concept and the nature of the system of monitoring organizational-legal forms of management and production-resource potential of regional agricultural organizations are considered. The objectives, tasks, sequence of actions that are to be done before monitoring, as well as conditions of improving the efficiency of the system of monitoring are worked out. The necessity of agricultural enterprises management monitoring is proved and the wide range of organizational, methodological and managerial issues, which the system of monitoring includes.

В статье исследована теория, практика освоения и современное состояние мониторинга в различных научных и практических сферах деятельности, определены пути повышения эффективности его применения для реализации поставленных целей и задач в сельском хозяйстве. Рассмотрены понятие и сущность системы мониторинга организационно-правовых форм хозяйствования и производственно-ресурсного потенциала организаций регионального АПК. Определены ее цели, задачи, последовательность действий, которые необходимо выполнить перед проведением мониторинга, а также условия повышения эффективности системы мониторинга. Обоснована необходимость проведения мониторинга для аппарата управления сельхоз предприятиями, а также рассмотрен широкий комплекс мер организационного, методологического и управленческого характера, который включает в себя система мониторинга.
