Влияние самостоятельных физических тренировок в домашних условиях на регуляцию ритма сердца у больных, перенесших инфаркт миокарда

Abstract

Based on the research results the article studies the efficiency of the innovative technology of the independent physical exercises at the polyclinic stage of the rehabilitation on the indicators of blood lipidic range of the patients after the myocardial infarction. The obtained data on the dynamics of the studied indicators testify to the effective influence of 6 monthly independent occupations by physical exercises at the polyclinic stage of cardiorehabilitation according to recommendations of the innovative personal focused technology.

На основании результатов исследования оценивается эффективность инновационной технологии самостоятельных занятий физическими упражнениями на поликлиническом этапе реабилитации на показатели вегетативной регуляции сердечного ритма у больных после инфаркта миокарда. Полученные данные о динамике изученных показателей свидетельствуют об эффективном влиянии 6 месячных самостоятельных занятий физическими упражнениями на поликлиническом этапе кардиореабилитации в соответствии с рекомендациями инновационной личностно-ориентированной технологии.
