Нарушение микроциркуляции и реологических свойств крови как фактор формирования детрузорной гиперактивности

Abstract

Основываясь на ранее созданных моделях нарушения микроциркуляции и реологических свойств крови у экспериментальных крыс серии Wistar создана модель гиперактивного детрузора. Исследования микроциркуляции и реологических свойств крови проводились с помощью анализатора реологических свойств АРП-01 «Меднорд» и лазерного анализатора капиллярного кровотока «ЛАКК-02». Обследовано 15 крыс. Наряду с нарушениями микроциркуляции и реологических свойств крови выявлены нарушения уродинамики.

The model of hyperactive detrusor was created on the base of earlier made models of disturbances of microcirculation and blood flow properties in experimental rates of Wister series. Study microcirculation and blood flow properties were performed either by analyser of flow properties ARP «Mednord» or laser analyser of blood flow «LAKK-02». 15 rates were studied. Urodynamic disturbances were disclosed along with abnormalities of microcirculation and blood flow properties.
