Советско-шведские отношения в конце 1950-х гг

Abstract

In article the Soviet-Swedish relations in the late 1950s are considered in the context of North Europe regional problems. Special attention is drawn to the visit of N. S. Hrushchev to Stockholm, cancelled in August 1959, and to difference in estimation of that situation by the Soviet embassy in Sweden and Soviet Foreign Affairs Ministry management.

В статье рассматриваются советско-шведские отношения в конце 1950-х гг. в контексте региональных проблем Севера Европы. Основное внимание уделено несостоявшемуся в августе 1959 г. визиту в Стокгольм Н. С. Хрущева, различию в оценках ситуации посольством СССР в Швеции и руководством МИД СССР.
