Abstract

The authors examine the established concept of service, service activities and the development of the service society. The article analyzes the modern economic theory which argues the existence of three major sectors, including the universal tertiary sector defined as services. This division utilizes the notions of service society, service state, and management of service production and distribution. The study identifies the characteristics of a servicer and the feasibility of such individuals in the service civilization.
