Сравнительный анализ нормативно-правовых основ экологической политики в Российской Федерации и Республике Казахстан

Abstract

To the article the comparative analysis of basic laws qualificatory ecological politics of Russian Federation and Republic of Kazakhstan – Federal Law is driven "On the guard of environment" and Ecological code of Republic of Kazakhstan. The general and distinctive lines of laws, their advantages and defects, are considered. Reasons of distinctions of laws are educed and drawn conclusion on their improvement.

Приводится сравнительный анализ основных законов, определяющих экологическую политику Российской Федерации и Республики Казахстан, – Федерального закона «Об охране окружающей среды» и Экологического кодекса Республики Казахстан. Рассмотрены общие и отличительные черты законов, их преимущества и недостатки. Выявлены причины различий законов, сделаны выводы по их усовершенствованию.
